LIST OF ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS
- Manuscript of the article in Ukrainian or English (10-20 pages).
- The number of authors of the article should not exceed 5 people.
- Extended abstract and keywords in Ukrainian and English.
The length of the extended abstract should be at least 1800 characters. Structure of the abstract: title of the article, analysis of recent studies and publications, purpose of the study, presentation of the main material of the study, conclusions. - Information about the authors in Ukrainian and English. This should be presented on a separate page at the end of the article and include: surname, full first name, position and organisation represented by the author, ORCID number (http://orcid.org/).
- Abstracts. Provided in two languages (Ukrainian and English) and placed on a separate page at the end of the article. The abstract should indicate the UDC, followed by the authors' full names and the title of the article. The next line should contain a summary of the article in up to 100 words. A new line should indicate the number of references and illustrations.

Zelentsov D.G. New models for solving weight optimisation problems for corroding bent
rod elements Various mathematical models for solving weight optimisation problems for corroded beam structures are considered. A new mathematical model for the optimisation problem of corroding beams is proposed. It involves solving the problem without taking the aggressive environment into account for a generalised objective function that includes the cross-sectional perimeter, followed by an increase in the optimal parameters by an amount that compensates for corrosion. The possibility of using this model for beams with arbitrary cross-sectional shapes is demonstrated.
