- This submission has not been previously published and has not been submitted for consideration to the editorial boards of other journals (or please provide an explanation in the comments for the editor).
- The submission file is a document in Microsoft Word or RTF format.
- For typesetting equations, authors have used only Microsoft Equation 3.0 or MathType.
- Web links in the text are accompanied by full, correct URLs.
- The text is set in 10-point font with single line spacing; the author’s emphasis is indicated in italics, not underlining (everywhere except in URLs); all illustrations, graphs and tables are placed directly within the text where they belong according to the content (rather than at the end of the document).
