СПОСОБ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ СТРУЙНОЙ МЕЛЬНИЦЕЙ ПО АКУСТИЧЕСКИМ СИГНАЛАМ
Abstract
To reduce the energy consumption of jet mills operating in a closed cycle it is necessary to control the grinding process. The purpose of the work is to justify the method of the grinding process control based on the acoustic signal analysis of the jet mill chamber to maintain maximum mill productivity. For other equal conditions the jet mill productivity depends on the grinding chamber filling with material. The optimal grinding regime criteria are established associating with the acoustic signal characteristics of the mill working zone and showing the filling degree of the mill
