Abstract

An approach is proposed to generate new principles for managing complex, rich energy objects, output control and regulation of changes that may have a different physical nature. It has been established that traditional methods of richly connected regulation of automatic systems with an insignificant number of regulatory inputs may result in significant shortcomings and limitations. The description of the specified type of system has been specified and new principles of logical and dynamic management of such objects have been established. Proposition of the approach and illustrations on the example of a collapsible energy object in the form of a high-pressure turbine-generator-type wind power plant. The essence of the proposed approach is the formation of a
logical - dynamic management of a richly-worldly object surrounded by a multitude of influxes in the selection of the most important and unsafe officials who will be involved in Yogo stan ta rukh I will stan in the expanse of change.

It was established with the help of a computer experiment that with the different implementation of the laws of keratinization, compared with traditional ones, there may be an improvement in technical and economic characteristics and a simplification of algorithmic security.
