КОЛОСНИКОВІ ҐРАТИ АГЛОМЕРАЦІЙНИХ ТА ОБПАЛЮВАЛЬНИХ МАШИН

Метою роботи є створення сіткової польової системи агломераційних або випалювальних машин з високою стабільністю роботи та низьким опором. Розглянуто типові конструкції колосникових решіток агломераційних машин. Встановлено, що одним із недоліків є паралельність контактних поверхонь замків, шпильна каретка підрейкових балок. Розроблено нову конструкцію решітки з кутом α контактних граней гирла колосникового замка з підколосниковою балкою. Це зменшить передачу теплового навантаження на візок з шипами за рахунок мінімізації площі контакту з балкою під решіткою та збільшить доступ повітря для охолодження балок під решіткою. Завдяки клиноподібним формам контактних поверхонь матеріал, що потрапляє в щілини між гратами і балками підрешітки, має здатність переміщатися в різних площинах, не забиваючись у щілини і видаляючись.
