Анотація

In this paper we consider the application of a normal distribution for analyzing the relative changes in the number of luminescence centers under external influences. The photoluminescence spectra of Mn2+ ions in ZnS single crystals were used as a model material for the verify of the applicability. The plastic deformation of the crystals was used as an external action.
